Creating & Managing Projects
How do I see all of the AI templates available?
- Login to your account
- Go to "Projects" on the left hand side menu
- Click "View all Templates" button in the upper right hand side
- OR - Go to your "Dashboard" from the left hand side menu.
- Click on the "View All Templates" icon on the bottom of the page
How do I create a project?
- Login to your account
- Go to "Create a Project" on the left hand side menu
- Name Your project
- Follow the walk thru drop downs to choose the category and template
- Answer a few questions (click next for the next set of questions if needed)
- Click "Save & Generate" button.
How do I see all of my projects?
- Login to your account
- Go to "Projects" on the left hand side menu
- You will see a list of all projects you've created
How do I download my project?
- Login to your account
- Go to "Projects" on the left hand side menu
- You will see a list of all projects you've created
- Click on the "Download" button on the right hand side
How do I edit my project?
- NOTE: This will save over your current version automatically. So, make sure you download the document prior to editing.
- Login to your account
- Go to "Projects" on the left hand side menu
- You will see a list of all projects you've created
- Click on the "Edit" button OR
- Click on the project title. (Once the project is open you can click the edit button)
- Edit the fields you want to change
- Click "Save & Generate"
How do I regenerate my project for different results?
- NOTE: This will save over your current version automatically. So, make sure you download the document prior to editing.
- Login to your account
- Go to "Projects" on the left hand side menu
- You will see a list of all projects you've created
- Click on the "Edit" button and go through the questions OR
- Click on the project title. (Once the project is open you can click the "Regenerate" button)
- This will generate a new version
Inviting & Managing Your Team
How do I invite team members?
- Login to your account
- Go to "Invite Team" on the left hand side menu
- Click "New Invitation"
- Enter name, email
- Pay for the additional team member seat
- Notify your team member to look for an invitation in their email inbox.
How do I delete or cancel a team member's subscription?
- Login to your account
- Go to "Subscriptions & Billing" on the left hand side menu
- Click "Billing History"
- Choose the subscription you'd like to cancel
- You can also email us at [email protected] or chat with us during 9am-5pm EST.
Can I make a team member an admin?
- Login to your account
- Go to "Profile" on the left hand side menu
- Change all of the profile, email and password information.
- NOTE: you MUST cancel the new admin's user account
- NOTE: you will NO LONGER be active for your own account once the information is changed.

How do I cancel my account?
- Login to your account
- Go to "Subscriptions & Billing" on the left hand side menu
- Click "Subscriptions"
- Choose the subscription you'd like to cancel

How do I download my invoices?
- Login to your account
- Go to "Subscriptions & Billing" on the left hand side menu
- Click "Billing History"
- Choose the subscription you'd like to cancel

What is your refund policy?
- If you've gone 1-5 days past your billing date and forgot to cancel please contact us. We can refund the amount you paid at that time. We are fair and just in understanding.... as well all make this mistake from time to time.
- We do not refund a pro-rated amount.
- If you are clearly using the system and ask for a refund, barring extenuating circumstances, we do not refund for a monthly usage.

- Click "Change Password"

- Login to your account
- Go to "Profile" on the left hand side menu OR click on the circle with your name at the top right corner.
- Click "Change Email"
- You will get a confirmation email to either the email you changed it from or to. (Check your spam box).
How do I cancel or change my profile name?
- Login to your account
- Go to "Profile" on the left hand side menu OR click on the circle with your name at the top right corner.
- Click "Change Profile"
- Change the name to your liking
How do I upload a profile photo?
- Login to your account
- Go to "Profile" on the left hand side menu OR click on the circle with your name at the top right corner.
- Click "Change Profile"
- Click "Change Photo"
- Click save for both the photo and the pop up.
